One-Day National Seminar
The Stonites had the privilege of attending a One-Day National Seminar on “Unravelling the Exacerbating Growth of Anxiety and Depression among Youths in India’s North East”, organized by the IQAC, Immanuel College, Dimapur, Nagaland, and sponsored by ICSSR-NERC, on 12th September 2025 at the Immanuel College Conference Hall.

A distinguished resource person further enriched the session by highlighting practical strategies for coping with anxiety and depression.
