International Literacy Day
The Department of English, Livingstone Foundation College, organised an extension activity in celebration of International Literacy Day, 2026 at *International* *Neighborhood* *Service* *Society* , Midland, Dimapur, on 8th of September, 2026, under the theme “Literacy for people, the planet, and prosperity”. A total of 4 faculty members and 21 students participated in the activity.
The Department donated a total of 55 books to help build the library for the underprivileged children. The students had an interactive session with the children. The activities and the donation fall under the “Learning Outreach and Welfare Initiative” of the Department.
