As a part of the observance of National Unity Day or Rasktriya Ekta Diwas which actually falls on 31st October 2021, a Unity Pledge was taken by students and mentors of Livingstone Foundation International on 1st November 2021 during a special morning assembly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event was attended by students of Grades-VI to XII and was organized at the school\u2019s Basketball Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The programme was led by Ms. Mharhoni Ezung of Grade-XII Arts while Scripture Reading was done by Ms. Cynthia Alemla Warlarpih of Grade-XI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The School Prayer was led by Mr. Yeshelo Yeptho of Grade-XII Sc while the School Song was led by Mr. Thejavor Yashu of Grade-XII Arts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Significance of the Day was read out by Ms. Arti Kumari Sharma of Grade-XII Com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The assembly culminated with the Unity Pledge which was administered by the Coordinator, Mr. Manish Singh Gurung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

National Unity Day or Rashtriya Ekta Diwas is celebrated on October 31 since 2014.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The day is observed with patriotic events to mark the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel \u2013 the man who played an important role in the unification of India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
