POETRY AND ART COMPETITION

In commemoration of India’s 75^th Independence Day, the India Tourism North East in collaboration with Pier Tours Kohima, Nagaland had organised a virtual Poetry and Art Competition for Grades 11-12 and Grades 8-10 respectivelyon the 15^th of August, 2021. The competition was held under the theme‘India at 75’ for both the categories. It was open to all schools and students studying in Nagaland where upon, a number of approximately 80 students from various schools across Nagaland participated in the competition. The students of LFI also took an active interest and participated wherein, a total of eight (8) students from various Grades enthusiastically took hold of the opportunity to put their talent into productive work. The results were declared on the 21^st August wherethree of our students successfully achieved positions in various categories. Master Akash Kumar Prasad of Grade X bagged the second prize in the Art Competition, while Miss Chokjenchila . T. Jamir of Grade XII Sc and Miss. Elizabeth Snock of Grade XII Arts bagged the second and third prize respectively in the Poetry Competition.
