A Legacy Beyond Names

Some people argue that since history eventually forgets our names, our work doesn’t matter. But a legacy isn’t about having your name on a building. it’s about the invisible ripple you leave behind. When you teach a student to be kind, or you build a facility that helps someone grow, you change the trajectory of their life. They may forget your name in fifty years, but the version of themselves they became because of you will influence their children and their children’s children. A legacy isn’t a monument. it’s a living chain of influence.
