CBSE CAPACITY BUILDING PROGRAM ON INDUCTION TRAINING
Livingstone Foundation International hosted a Capacity Building Program on Induction Training, conducted by CBSE’s Center of Excellence (CoE) Guwahati Region on 23rd and 24th August 2024.
As part of CBSE’s Guru Dakshta initiative, the event aimed to enhance educators’ skills and knowledge. Over 50 educators from eight schools, including the host school, participated in this comprehensive program.
The training, led by Umesh Chandra Harbola and Anupa Harbola, focused on key CBSE guidelines, classroom management, and integrating 21st-century skills as per NEP 2020. Additionally, the training covered student enrichment activities, SQAA framework, SAFAL assessments, skill education, support for CWSN, and the IT ecosystem within CBSE.
Educators were also briefed on CTET and introduced to the Prashikshan Triveni portal. This training equipped educators to contribute positively to student development and improve education quality across their schools.
