INTERNATIONAL DAY OF YOGA AT DPS DIMAPUR 2023
Students belonging to the NCC Air Wing of Livingstone Foundation International participated in the International Day of Yoga which was organized by the 1 NL AIR SQN NCC on 21st June 2023 at Delhi Public School, Dimapur.
The yoga session was marked by a briefing by Warrant Officer Dharmesh Shukla on the benefits of yoga after which the students were made to practise various yoga asanas. The programme concluded with light refreshment for all the participants.
