VISIT BY PASTOR BENNY PRASAD TO LFI 2022
It was indeed a proud and solemn moment for the Stonites when the famous gospel musician, Mr. Benny Prasad visited LFI and shared his words of wisdom during a brief interaction with the Management, Faculty and Students on 16th May 2022.
He encouraged the students to be dedicated and have a goal and purpose in life. Thereby, according to him, they would not have to struggle in life after completing their studies. He felt that students in Nagaland were not focused about their careers and do not have a clear set of goals while studying. He also challenged the students to be very serious about their passions including their academics and to shy away from developing unrealistic and injurious relationships during their teen age and to focus only on their career and life. These relationships, according to him led to broken lives, drugs and alcoholism.
The brief programme of interaction was also attended by the Director, LFI, Mrs. Ani Yepthomi who said the words of welcome and felicitated Mr. Benny Prasad. His visit is part of a month long Nagaland Tour which he is undertaking across the State.
