The LFI Boarders Thanksgiving & Advent Christmas Celebration

The eventful programme was held at the LFI Hostel Campus on 18th December 2020. The entertaining programme which began at 5:00 PM was led by Mr. Vernon Fernandez as the MC. The invocation prayer was said by Ms. Medozhanuo Tepa, Chaplain of LFI. This was followed by Birthday Song dedicated to the Administrator followed by the cutting of cake.

The lighting of the bonfire was done by Mr. Arthur Edwards and his lady wife Mrs. Nisheli Edwards. During the colourful occasion words of exhortation was delivered by Ms. Supongbenla I. Longkumer, School Counselor.

A beautiful array of talent filled items put up by the students from various dormitories followed shortly after. A beautiful number entitled ‘Noel’ by Ms. Renemmenla of Grade-XI Sc opened the show of extravagance.

The other items included dance by girls of Bethany Dorm followed by a hilarious performance entitled ‘Nimok Porner’ by the boys of Sinai Dorm. Another remarkable performance was the ’11 Teeth’ performed by the girls of Rachel Dorm.

The cultural show concluded with Playback by the Boys followed by a duet item by Ms. Libo and Mr. Vikeduozo.

The programme came to a solemn close with the Vote of Thanks and Benediction by Director LFI, Mrs. Ani Yepthomi.
