The Stonites Boys Football Team registered a wonderful win with 3-1 as the final score during a Friendly Football Match that was played at Hope Academy on 28th October 2021.

The match began at 12:30 PM with a group photograph session with the Match Officials and the Management of the host school.

The stage was all set for an exciting match with a clear weather and loud cheering from both the teams’ supporters.

LFI opened the book within 10 minutes of the game with a beautiful goal by Mhajamo Kithan, who netted another goal within minutes of his first goal which took the lead to 2-0. Hiwachu Tep added to the score of LFI goals by netting yet another goal taking the lead to 3-0.

Hope Academy had to be ultimately satisfied with just one maiden goal.

A brilliant display of goal keeping was also shown by the LFI goalkeeper, Thejavor Yashu who did a very agile dive to save a penalty.

Overall it was an excellent as well as an exciting friendly match between the two teams where they portrayed great sportsmanship throughout the match.
