Wildlife Week 2026

Five students from Livingstone Foundation International participated in Wildlife Week 2026, organised by the Wildlife Division, Dimapur, and Nagaland Zoological Park on 2nd October at Nagaland Zoological Park, under the theme “Connecting Habitat, Thriving Wildlife.”

The students took part in essay writing and quiz competitions, followed by an educational tour of the zoological park, where they had the opportunity to observe wildlife and learn more about animal habitats, biodiversity, and conservation.

The experience encouraged our students to look beyond the classroom, develop a deeper appreciation for nature, and understand the importance of protecting wildlife and preserving our natural environment.

Because protecting wildlife begins with understanding nature, and every small step towards conservation helps create a future where humans and wildlife thrive together.
