To observe the International Day of Yoga and promote awareness about the importance of yoga in maintaining physical fitness, mental well-being, and a balanced lifestyle, Livingstone Foundation International organised a special yoga session on 20th June 2026 at 6:00 a.m. on the green lawns of the school campus.
The morning witnessed the enthusiastic participation of students, parents, mentors, and members of the school management, all coming together to embrace the values of health, mindfulness, and harmony. The yoga session was led by Miss Himakshi of Grade VII, along with a team of ten students who confidently demonstrated and guided participants through various yoga asanas, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques.
Participants actively took part in the session and experienced the benefits of yoga in promoting flexibility, concentration, and overall wellness. The presence of parents practicing alongside their children added to the significance of the observance and beautifully reflected the spirit of togetherness within the LFI community. ![]()
The session concluded on a positive and refreshing note, reinforcing the importance of incorporating yoga into daily life and inspiring everyone to adopt healthier, happier, and more balanced lifestyles.
