A seminar on Exam Stress and Stress Management was held on 6th November 2025 at Livingstone Foundation International for Grades XI and XII.
The insightful session was led by Mr. Bhuvan Sareen, Assistant Director, Lovely Professional University.
Students learned about the causes of anxiety, effective stress management techniques, and the importance of self-discipline and timely preparation. Interactive discussions and simple physical exercises made the session both engaging and practical.
