An impactful awareness session on the ill effects of narcotic substance abuse and the importance of gender sensitization was conducted on 28th October 2025 at Livingstone Foundation International, Dimapur, under the initiative of “Nasha Mukt – A Drug Free Campaign.”
The programme was organized by the District Administration in collaboration with Sankalp – District Hub for Empowerment of Women (DHEW), Mission Shakti under the Beti Bachao Beti Padhao scheme.
Shri. Atu Zumvu, ACP West, Dimapur, and Ms. Dhonthaidi Langthasa, Gender Specialist (DHEW), served as the resource persons, enlightening the students with valuable insights on drug prevention and promoting gender equality and respect.
Students of Grades XI & XII, along with their mentors, actively participated and benefitted from the informative and thought-provoking session.
