DHAI AKHAR National Level Letter Writing Competition.
In celebration of World Philately Day (08.10.2025), the Postal Department of Nagaland conducted the Dhai Akhar letter-writing competition at Livingstone Foundation International under the theme “Letter to My Role Model.” A total of 38 students participated in the Inland Letter Card category, and 2 students took part in the Envelope category expressing heartfelt thoughts through the timeless art of letter writing.
