STONITES CHRISTMAS CANTATA 2024
The LFI Green Lawn turned into a melodramatic venue of inspiration, excitement, fervour and harmony with the celebration of true Christmas spirit this season with the much awaited Stonites Christmas Cantata which was conducted on the 7th of December 2024. The event was made all the more solemn and memorable with the presence of Shri Küzholüzo Nienü, Hon’ble Member of Nagaland Legislative Assembly, Government of Nagaland, as the honored Special Guest.
As a pre cursor to the main Cantata chapter of the event, numerous musically rich and vibrant performances marked the occasion much to the excitement of the audience which included important dignitaries, invitees, parents, guardians, mentors and students apart from many well-wishers who joined the Stonites in creating an unforgettable and soul-stirring moment of joy and extravagance. Some of the worth mentioning items of the event besides the Cantata were the lighting of the bon-fire, musical ensemble by the LFI Music Mentors from Clef Note, Flute Recital by Grace Gospel Mission, South Korea and Groove Fusion by LFI Elves Squad.
However, the main part of the event, the Christmas Cantata performed by a talented troupe of actors from the Christian Leaders Fellowship, Northeast, truly stole the hearts of everyone present and left many of them thoroughly emotional and teary-eyed towards the end of the performance. The breathtaking musical experience was inspired by the story of the Birth Lord Jesus Christ. It powerfully portrayed the transformation of people from despair, darkness and persecution to joy, light and hope. With cherished, heartfelt music and unforgettable scenes, the performance uplifted, inspired and touched hearts with the spirit of Christmas.
The Stonites Christmas Cantata was organized by Livingstone Foundation International in collaboration of event partners which included the Christian Leaders Fellowship Northeast, Living Word Fellowship, Synergy Systems, P.K. Travels, Nationalist Institute of Technology & Innovation (NITI), YMCA Nagaland and Livingstone Foundation Society. The media partners for the event were Nagaland Post and Nagaland News Network.
