LFI STUDENTS’ COUNCIL ELECTION 2024

A colourful Avatar theme by Matthew House, Pirate Theme by Mark House, St. Patrick Day’s Theme by Luke House and Lit of Flowers Theme by John House marked the much awaited annual event of LFI Students’ Council Election which was conducted at the school campus of Livingstone Foundation International on the 11th of June 2024.

During the electioneering process student leaders belonging to all the four houses were made to tender their nominations for various leadership roles, after which they campaigned among the members of their respective houses. During the polling process, booths were set up in separate classrooms for different houses which were intricately and thematically decorated for the event.

The students then lined up to cast their valuable votes for the candidates of their choice. This is a significant event for the Stonites  which helps in instilling the values of voting and democracy in students from an early age while also nurturing a strong sense of community and collaboration. The 2024 LFI house elections and the creative decorations from each house highlighted the students’ creativity, teamwork, and understanding of democratic values.

Each house’s efforts resulted in spectacular displays, reflecting their dedication and enthusiasm. This event not only reinforced the importance of participating in democratic processes but also nurturing a strong sense of community and collaboration among the students.
