STATE LEVEL PAINTING COMPETITION ON ENERGY CONSERVATION 2023
Ayushi Bhowal of Grade-X A from Livingstone Foundation International made everyone back home proud by clinching yet another prestigious award at the State Level Painting Competition on Energy Conservation which was held at East Gate Hotel, Kohima on the 18th of November 2023. She won the 1st Prize in the Category-B of the competition on the theme of ‘One Earth, Many Efforts.’
It is a matter of immense honour and elation for the Stonites that Miss Ayushi Bhowal will now represent the school at the National Level Competition which will be held on the 15th of December 2023 at New Delhi.
Miss Temjensola Walling of Grade-IX B also won a Consolation Prize under Category-B for her painting on the theme ‘One Earth, Many Efforts.’
The competition was held under the National Campaign on Energy Conservation 2023 of the Ministry of Power, Government of India and was organized by the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE), Department of Electrical Inspectorate Nagaland Designated Agency, Department of School Education and North East Electrical Power Corporation Ltd. (NEEPCO), Doyang Hydro Power Station. The Competition was held in order to sensitize school children towards Energy Efficiency and Energy Conservation in the domestic sector.
