CLEANLINESS DRIVE BY LFI NCC CADETS 2023
In commemoration of the observance of the World Plastic Bag Free Day, a team of 40 NCC Cadets belonging to the Junior Division and Senior Wing of Livingstone Foundation International, along with the Associate NCC Officer, Second Officer (S/O) Kajenkala T. Longchar took part in a civic activity of cleanliness drive along the Sangtamtilla stretch of Dhansiri River, Dimapur on the 3rd of July 2023.
During the cleanliness drive, which was undertaken from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM the cadets cleaned up plastic wastes and other debris on both the banks along the Sangtamtilla stretch of Dhansiri River.
The cleanliness drive was undertaken as a part of the Puneet Sagar Abhiyan (PSA) initiated by the National Cadet Corps (NCC) to conduct social service and community development activities from 3rd to 9th of July 2023.
