SUBROTO CUP FOOTBALL TRIALS CUM SELECTION TOURNAMENT FOR NCC CADETS

3 girl NCC Cadets from Livingstone Foundation International took part in the Under-17 Subroto Cup Football Trials cum Selection Tournament at Aizawl, Mizoram from 15^th to 24^th May 2023. The tournament was conducted to select the best Under-17 girl cadets of NCC from various schools for the Subroto Cup Football Tournament and also to foster the spirit of healthy competitiveness amongst the NCC Cadets.

Altogether 72 cadets from 5 states of North East viz. Assam, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram and Meghalaya participated in the tournament. The selection of teams was conducted by 1 Mizo Bn NCC, Aizawl under the aegis of NCC Group HQ, Silchar. The cadets from LFI were led by ANO Kajenkala T. Longchar. The Camp Commandant for the event was Co. S.S. Kalia, Commanding Officer, 1 Mizo Bn NCC, Aizawl.
