LFI STUDENTS’ COUNCIL ELECTION 2022
The much awaited annual event of LFI Students’ Council Election was conducted at the school campus of Livingstone Foundation International on 19th June 2022. During the electioneering process student leaders belonging to all the four houses, viz. Matthew, Mark, Luke and John were made to tender their nominations after which they campaigned among the members of their respective houses. During the polling by the students, booths were set up in separate classrooms for the different houses and the students lined up to cast their valuable votes for the candidates of their choice.
An integral part of the event was the election of the School Prefects or Head Boy and Head Girl. The nominations for the School Prefects were done from among the various sections of Grade-XII students. The nominees of the election were made to go through a process of interview and speech whereby an interview committee led by the Director, Mrs. Ani Yepthomi interviewed them on a host of criteria before they went ahead for the election. Ultimately, Mr. Mhajamo Kithan and Miss Bonovili Chishi were chosen as the Head Boy and Head Girl respectively for 2022-23 session.
