LFI CONDUCTS ORINETATION CUM INTERACTION SESSION WITH PARENTS/GUARDIANS & MENTORS
An interactive Orientation cum Interaction Session of Parents / Guardians with the Mentors was conducted at the Auditorium of Livingstone Foundation International on 14th December 2021. The primary objective of conducting the session was to provide orientation to the parents / guardians on academic and subject matters and also to build a cordial bridge of better understanding between the parents / guardians and the mentors so that they could work together in coordination for the enhancement of the children’s academic performance.
The event was conducted across two separate sessions which were led by Ms. Anamika as the moderator. The first session was held for Prep-I to Grade-V from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM while the second session was held for Grades-VI to VIII from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM. During the course of the sessions, the parents were apprised that the school curriculum seeks to mould and equip the child with various skills and knowledge required for holistic development. Concerned subject mentors also briefed the parents / guardians about the various subjects being presently offered at the school. The parents / guardians were also made aware about the ongoing academic progress and the academic plans slated for the upcoming session of 2022-23.
The parents / guardians also put forward their concerns and valuable suggestions to the mentors which according to them would prove to be helpful and beneficial for the school. The event concluded with closing remarks by Mr. Manish Singh Gurung. Towards the end of the session, the parents / guardians were made to fill up feedback forms in which they gave their honest reviews, opinions and suggestions for the overall growth and enhancement of the school and its curriculum.
It was very heart-warming and delightful to witness the attendance of majority of the parents / guardians for the interactive session. Overall the session proved to be satisfactory and highly fruitful for all the stakeholders.
