LFI MAKES IT BIG AT SLOGAN & ESSAY WRITING COMPETITION

Adding yet another feather to its hat of success, LFI students won several awards at a one-of-its kind virtual Slogan and Essay Writing Competition which was organized by Community Health Initiative and District Level Center for Women-Mahila Shakti Kendra, BBBP, Dimapur.

The competition was organized to mark the World Literacy Day on 8th September 2021. The competition was held across two separate categories viz. Junior Category for Age group 10-15 years and Senior Category for Age group 16-22 years.

It was quite a privilege that students from LFI fared well and brought home awards in all the categories of both Slogan as well as Essay Writing. While in the Junior Category of Slogan Writing, Ruman Das of LFI won the 2nd Prize while in the Senior Category, the 1st Prize was bagged by Bonovili Chishi of LFI.

The entire prize berth of Junior Category Essay Writing was bagged by the Stonites as well with Ongba Angto winning the 1st Prize while Imlijungla Aier and Wabong Temjen Walling won the 2nd and 3rd Prizes respectively.

In the Senior Category Essay Writing, LFI had to be satisfied with the 3rd Prize which was bagged by Chokjenchila T. Jamir.

Meanwhile according to the organizers, the winners will be presented with certificates and trophies while the 64 participants from Livingstone Foundation International will also be getting E-Certificates for their active participation.
