Annual Freshers’ Day 2025
Livingstone Foundation College (erstwhile SM College) celebrated its Annual Freshers’ Day on August 29, 2025, with great enthusiasm and vibrancy.
The program began with a warm address from the Chairman, Dr. Andrew Ahoto Sema, who officially welcomed the new batch of students into the ever-growing LFC family.
The Special Guest, Dr. Tinojongshi Chang, Deputy Commissioner of Dimapur, inspired the gathering with his words of encouragement, urging students to embrace challenges with confidence, step beyond their comfort zones, and actively participate in activities that enrich their campus experience.
The highlight of the evening was the talent rounds, where students displayed their creativity, charm, and stage presence. The much-anticipated titles were conferred upon:

• Ms. Fresher 2025 – Ms. Soniwe Y. Jhaghathu
• Mr. Congeniality – Mr. Wabongtemjen Walling
• Ms. Congeniality – Ms. Elynor Seb
• Mr. Multimedia – Mr. Tono Zhimo
• Ms. Multimedia – Ms. Bendangsenla Lemtur
The contest was adjudicated by a distinguished panel of judges:

3. Mr. Talikaba Longkumer
The event was further enlivened with vibrant cultural performances, laughter, and cheers, celebrating unity in diversity and the spirit of new beginnings. It was a memorable occasion that reflected the college’s vision of nurturing confident, talented, and value-driven individuals.
