The Annual Result Declaration Day Programme 2019 was held at the Junior High Campus on     29th March 2019. The programme which started at 10:00 AM was hosted by Mr. Vernon Fernandez as the MC. It began with the School Prayer led by Mr. Supongbenla, School Counsellor.

Addressing the gathering of parents, mentors and students, the Chairman, Dr. Andrew Ahoto in his Welcome Speech announced the upcoming plans and programmes of the school for the students as well as for the parents. He apprised the gathering on the Cambridge International Curriculum which was going to be started from the new session. He also highlighted the school’s plans of starting an Integrated Programme for students of Grades-IX to XII along with the initiative of making LFHSS as a Feeder School for the University of North Alabama through which the students can gain easy access to colleges in USA. He also apprised the parents that the Management has already started the process to set up a college with a difference. Lastly, he spoke about Group Insurance which is provided to the students, mentors, and parents free of cost.

The first part of the Academic and Non-Academic Awards Ceremony was the presentation of the Academic Awards in the form of the first two Rank Holders from each Grade and Section of the Final (Annual) Examination 2018-19 Session. The Junior High rank holders were felicitated by Mrs. Nisheli Edwards, Co-Administrator while the Senior School rank holders were awarded by the Administrator,   Mr. Arthur Edwards. During the Result Declaration, along with their Progress Report Cards, the 1st and the 2nd Rank holders were presented with the Livingstone Foundation Society Meritorious Scholarship in the form of 25% and 10% Concession in Admission as well as Monthly Fees by the Chairman.

The Non-Academic Awards followed suit. The Best Boy and Best Girl Awards in five categories viz. Grade-I to III; Grade-IV to VI; Grades-VII & VIII; Grade-IX & X and Grade-XI & XII. The awards for the Best Monitors were also presented in the above five categories. This was followed by the award of the Best Classes (Overall Excellence) and Best Classes (Decoration) in the above five categories. This year’s Best Mentor Awards were presented to Mrs. Rina Nath from Junior High and Mrs. Aggya Thapa from Senior School. The Awards were presented by the Director, Mrs. Ani Yepthomi.

Lastly, the Champion House was declared by Mr. Vernon Fernandez. This year Green (Luke) House bagged the Champion House. They were presented with a huge 10 pounds Cake which bore the School Logo and the Champions Trophy. This was presented to the House Masters, House Misses and House Captains of the Green (Luke) House by the Principal (Academics), Mr. Prabhat Mandal.

The programme came to a solemn close with the School Song led by Ms. Aleno Khatso. After the programme came to an end, the students were guided to separate Classrooms for issuing their Progress Report Cards.
